An experience that made us feel part of something big

An event that speaks the language of the guitar

The Bologna Guitar Show is not just a fair: it is a meeting point. For enthusiasts, artists, brands and music schools who live and breathe this instrument every day. The 2025 edition was a
concentrate of energy, including artists of international caliber, unobtainable instruments and innovations that give a glimpse of the future of music. For us at Nexus Music Academy, it was exciting. We presented ourselves as we are: with our vision, our method and our desire to contribute authentically to people’s
musical growth.

Who we are, in a nutshell
Nexus Music Academy is an online music school with a simple but ambitious mission: to accompany every musician, from the enthusiast to the professional, towards a structured, serious and
international path. Founded by Davide Ciardo, Claudio Mirano and Mary – Nexus combines rigorous teaching, technology and human relationships. Our strength? An active community and a carefully trained and selected teaching staff, who work every day to build an adaptable and truly effective method.

Bologna 2025: the beating heart of the six-string
Between performances by artists such as Chris Buck, Phil Palmer, Jack Gardiner etc. and stands crowded with vintage instruments and absolute novelties, the Guitar Show 2025 confirmed its role as a reference in
Europe.
We met brands such as Ibanez, Mogar Music, Line6, and startups that are revolutionizing the sector such as Dan’s Guitar Store and Guitar Scientist, who surprised us with their PerformAXE. For those who love the
guitar, every corner was an opportunity for discovery.

Our participation: an important
stepThanks to the partnership with MMI International, Davide Ciardo brought our musical approach to the stage, dialoguing through his guitar with colleagues and directors of MMI offices from all over Italy, in an
atmosphere of comparison, respect and shared passion. We found attention, enthusiasm and a lot of curiosity from students, visitors and professionals.

A workshop… on stage
It wasn’t just a performance. It was an opportunity to show, in concrete terms, what it means to apply the Nexus Method live: Precision, musicality, attention to detail. The goal was not to amaze. It was communicating.
And that’s what we did, note after note.

New connections, new ideas
In addition to the performative aspect, the Guitar Show has given us many precious encounters. We talked to companies, colleagues, other trainers: we sowed ideas, listened to feedback and collected stimuli that
we will bring on our path. Our method has aroused interest, and some conversations started in Bologna could soon turn into solid collaborations.

What we take home
An event like this leaves something on you. As co-founders, we had the opportunity to closely observe the new trends, compare ourselves with giants in the sector, and above all understand that the direction is
the right one. Back home, we have more desire than before to grow. With humility, but also with an extra certainty: quality is recognized, even in a competitive and crowded context.
